1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LCS Contents, a platform operated by Loaded Channel Solutions Ltd (LCS). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to content creators, readers, premium subscribers, and API developers.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of LCS Contents, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Not create accounts using automated means or false information

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Content & Ownership

3.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish on LCS Contents ("Your Content"). By publishing content on our platform, you grant LCS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your content
• Distribute your content to connected LCS platforms based on your distribution settings
• Create derivative works for promotional purposes (with your content properly attributed)
• Use your content to improve our AI categorization and recommendation systems

3.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. You agree not to publish content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Includes spam, malware, or deceptive content

4. Privacy Settings

LCS Contents offers flexible privacy controls for your content:

4.1 Privacy Options

• Private: Only you can access the content
• Protected: Restricted access via password or specific keywords
• Isolated: Public on LCS Contents but not distributed to external platforms
• Public: Visible to everyone and eligible for distribution across LCS ecosystem

4.2 Changing Privacy Settings

You may change privacy settings for any content at any time. Changes take effect immediately, though content previously distributed may remain cached for up to 24 hours.

5. Content Distribution

5.1 Platform Distribution

When you publish content marked as "Public," our AI system may automatically distribute it to relevant LCS platforms, including but not limited to:

• JCF Stories (fictional content)
• LCS Media News (news and current events)
• TalkFootball (sports content)
• Other LCS-managed platforms as they become available

5.2 Manual Platform Selection

You may manually select platforms for distribution. LCS reserves the right to review and approve or modify your selection to ensure content relevance and quality standards.

6. Premium Content & Monetization

6.1 Premium Content

You may mark content as "Premium," making it accessible only to users with active subscriptions on LCS platforms. Premium content may also appear on LCS store-based or e-commerce platforms.

6.2 Revenue Sharing

For premium content, LCS operates on a revenue-sharing model:

• 70% of net revenue goes to content creators
• 30% is retained by LCS for platform operation and distribution

6.3 Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly for earnings exceeding the minimum threshold of $50 USD. Creators must provide valid payment information and complete tax documentation where required.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LCS systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with LCS services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Manipulate metrics (views, likes, followers) through fraudulent means
• Use LCS Contents for any illegal purpose

8. Termination

8.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your content will be removed from the platform within 30 days.

8.2 Our Right to Terminate

LCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Community Guidelines
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Extended account inactivity (12+ months)
• Any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform or other users

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to all account features, premium content, and any outstanding earnings below the minimum payment threshold.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Service "As Is"

LCS Contents is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the platform.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or earnings
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCS, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

LCS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-platform notification banner
• Update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Your continued use of LCS Contents after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
